Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

pint size mason jars (16 oz)

1 c. oatmeal

1 c. whole milk

½ c. honey

1 tsp vanilla

fresh fruit

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ c. vanilla yogurt (optional)

Instructions

In your clean & dry jar add 1 cup of oatmeal. I like the old fashioned oats. Add milk (covering oatmeal), honey, vanilla, some add nonfat greek yogurt (optional) to add some protein, cinnamon and stir together and then top with your desired fruit.

Blueberries with bananas

Strawberries

Raspberries

Apples (diced)
