Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Ingredients

4 ½ c. flour

Sugar to taste

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

1 egg beaten

1 c. milk

¼ c. olive oil

1 bottle syrup

1 jar strawberry jam

1 container cool whip

blueberries to taste

2 c. peanut butter

Instructions

This recipes makes 8 to 10, 4 inch pancakes.

Stir up all of those ingredients in a bowl. We like to use our 1/4' measuring cup to pour the batter on our hot griddle. Once the pancakes have little bubbles poking up on the uncooked side it's time to flip them. Once flipped I give the pancakes a minute of cooking time before I check to see if the other side is golden brown. Pile on a serving plate.

Our favorite toppings are: Strawberry Jam & Whip cream, Blue Berries and Syrup, Syrup and Peanut Butter & Syrup. Yum!
