Chicken Nachos

This is a family favorite! Super quick and easy for those nights you don't have a lot of time to prepare a meal.

Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

2 lb chicken tenders

1 bag tortilla chips

1 can 15.5 oz black beans

3 bell peppers, diced

4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

Do not over cook chicken. Cut chicken in cubes or shred.  

Layer chips, chicken, black beans, peppers and shredded cheese. Warm in a microwave to melt cheese and cook chicken rest of the way. Enjoy!
